Habitat Cabarrus is seeking an experienced Family Services Coordinator who will report to the Executive Director and will direct and coordinate all activities of Habitat Cabarrus family selection/home ownership application process and all related family support activities including financial literacy training and mentoring of families up to and beyond the attainment of home ownership.

Degree from four-year college or university and at least three years related experience is preferred. However, equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered. Experience in a non-profit organization is desirable. Must be certified as a Mortgage Loan originator.
Salary/Benefits commensurate with experience.
