Habitat Cabarrus is seeking an experienced Construction Manager who will report to the Executive Director and will direct and coordinate activities of Habitat Cabarrus affiliate operations, including construction, critical repairs, transitional housing maintenance, and land procurement. Assist the Executive Director in formulating and administering organization strategic plan and policies by performing the following duties personally or through subordinate managers.

Degree from four-year college or university and at least five years related experience is preferred. However, equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered. Experience in a non-profit organization is desirable. North Carolina General Contractors License and construction knowledge, management and cost accounting experience is preferred.
