Kimberly joined Habitat Cabarrus because she has a strong desire to give back to the community. Kimberly has worked in Sales Management for twenty plus years. Prior to Habitat Cabarrus, she worked for eighteen years with US Foods in Charlotte managing the Chain Accounts Department.

Tiffany Brown, Homeowner Services Coordinator, 704-786-4001
Tiffany Brown began working for Habitat for Humanity Cabarrus in 2017, for the same reason she became a Social Worker; to help make a difference in the lives of others, to advocate for and to empower people to be their best selves. Tiffany was born in Toronto, Canada but was raised in Fort Lauderdale, Fl. Since graduating from Florida A&M University, she has worked with children in foster care to ensure their safety and well-being. She has also worked with their families to heal and strengthen their relationships and with parents to be able to provide a safe and loving home environment for their children. Tiffany is passionate about helping families and being able to see them thrive.

Kippi Laws, Volunteer and Events Coordinator, 704-786-4001
Kippi joined Habitat Cabarrus after 15 years with Cabarrus County Schools. Kippi has always had a passion for meeting new people, volunteering in the community and a deep interest in the history and culture of Cabarrus County.

Dee Bonner, Construction Manager, 704-786-4001
Dee started with Habitat for Humanity Cabarrus County in April 2018 after spending the last 20 plus years in the for-profit side of construction and project management. Dee always wanted to work in a nonprofit environment where she knew her work would have a greater impact on people’s lives within the community.
Originally from Cleveland, Ohio, Dee was raised in an entrepreneurial environment. She credits her late father with her construction and real estate knowledge, he provided her with hands on experience. She recalls countless times when families would close on a home, and seeing the pure joy and excitement on their faces.
Dee is a Licensed North Carolina Building Contractor, with licensure for 12 other states and the U.S. Virgin Islands.

Favorite place to visit: Anywhere with 90 degrees and blue water, and roller skating rink.

Tiffany Settles, Construction Assistant, 704-786-4001
Tiffany joined Habitat after serving as a Weekday Warrior volunteer helping with new construction. Before Habitat, Tiffany served Cabarrus County Government for 7 years in multiple roles. She also spent time as a community volunteer with Opportunity House and the Cabarrus County Homelessness Task Force.

Education: BA in Business Administration with a minor in IT Technology from University of North Carolina – Greensboro.
Favorite part of working at Habitat: Taking part in the cause to resolve substandard housing and homelessness in Cabarrus County.

E.B. Lentz, Finance Manager, 704-786-4001
E.B. joined Habitat Cabarrus after 23 years with Cannon Mills/ Fieldcrest Cannon/ Pillowtex as a cost accountant. His attention to detail helped the mills effectively track materials, labor, and overhead costs. As much as E.B. enjoyed the accounting work he also enjoyed the opportunities to interact with the people in the plant.
Eventually E.B. desired a change of pace with more variety in the work and an increase in personal interactions. He found the right mix of accounting and atmosphere at Habitat Cabarrus. E.B. enjoys knowing his efforts really impact lives in his community.
E.B. graduated from UNC with a B.S. in Business Administration/ Accounting. He is a certified managment accountant and a licensed real estate broker.
He also enjoys cheering for UNC football and the Intimidators as a season ticket holder.

Hannah joined Habitat for Humanity Cabarrus County after three years working in a history museum. She discovered she loved helping people and seeing them grow, and wanted to put her skills to use in an environment where she could do just that.
